Alone in my head thoughts spinning around
My brain won’t turn off my mind won’t shut down
A salvo bombardment a storm deep inside
Explosions eruptions my brain’s been deep fried

Take me to my padded cell where I can feed my dreams

My eye paints these pictures my mind can’t perceive
Just ask my friends sane and insanity
On bright sunny days wrapped in wool and fleece
On cold windy nights Bermuda’s and T’s

Reality eludes me at least that’s what they say
So when I close my eyes and leave the light of day
I slip into the darkness where angry shadows dwell
And I become the prey as whispers rise and swell
